You will be responsible for your own transportation planning. You are welcome to try to coordinate travel with others on your campus or in your area if you'd like. You will also need to report your travel arrangements using the link in your confirmation email once you have secured your tickets.We would recommend that you begin to monitor ticket prices or set route alerts on your preferred website starting no later than September 1, 2025.
We will be staying as a region at the Home2Suites (125 E. Jackson St). Breakfast is included as long as rooms remain available at this location. Rooms default to 4 people per room, with 2 Queen beds.Your lodging costs have been included in the cost of your registration. Check-in will be available at 3pm local time on December 28, 2025, and checkout will be by 11am on January 1, 2026.
